Benjamin J. Qualley is an Associate Attorney at Gerbers Law, S.C. His practice focuses primarily on estate and business planning, banking and finance, real estate transactions and intellectual property law. Mr. Qualley represents business owners and individuals and assists them with business planning, foreclosures, contract preparation, real estate transactions, regulatory compliance and litigation.
Mr. Qualley is licensed to practice and is in good standing in all Wisconsin state courts. Prior to joining Gerbers Law, S.C., Mr. Qualley provided services to judges, as well as corporate and private practice attorneys from all United States jurisdictions in a wide range of legal research and procedure.
