Mr. Qualley’s practice is focused primarily on banking and finance, real estate transactions and intellectual property law. He represents business owners and individuals and assists them with business planning, foreclosures, contract preparation, real estate transactions, environmental compliance and litigation.
Mr. Qualley is licensed to practice and is in good standing in all Wisconsin state courts. Prior to joining Gerbers Law, S.C., Mr. Qualley provided services to judges, as well as corporate and private practice attorneys from all United States jurisdictions in a wide range of legal research and procedure.
