Mr. Short’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of litigation, intellectual property, and general commercial law. Mr. Short represents individuals and business owners, assisting them with business planning, foreclosures, and contract formation and negotiation. Mr. Short also handles all phases of the litigation process on behalf of his clients, including appellate work.
Further, Mr. Short has received national recognition for his work in intellectual property. He is licensed to practice and in good standing before all Wisconsin State courts, as well as the U.S. Federal Courts for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
