Michael D. Rust is an associate attorney with Gerbers Law, S.C. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of civil litigation, appellate practice, and general commercial law. Mr. Rust represents individuals and small to medium-sized businesses, such as real estate developers, landlords, manufacturers, construction companies, and restaurants and other service businesses. He provides a broad range of services for his clients, advising them on issues such as entity formation, negotiation and drafting contracts, and business agreements, including complex commercial leases.
Mr. Rust also handles all phases of the litigation process on behalf of his clients, including appellate work. Mr. Rust is well versed in advocating for his clients in mediation, having received national and international recognition for his work. He is licensed to practice and in good standing before all Wisconsin state courts, as well as the U.S. Federal Courts for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
