
The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021
With the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 employers are no longer mandated to offer paid leave under the EPSLA or EFMLA to their employees. The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 did contain a provision, however, allowing employers to offer paid leave under the EPSLA or EFMLA to their employees through March 31, 2021.
