Families First Coronavirus Response Act (the “FFCRA”)
On March 18, 2020, President Donald Trump signed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”) into law. The FFCRA will be in effect no later than April 2, 2020 and may be implemented sooner.
